Canada’s New Government helps people in Nova Scotia find jobs

![]() Chester, NS—Gerald Keddy, Member of Parliament for South Shore–St. Margaret’s, on behalf of the Honourable Monte Solberg, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, today announced $309,245 funding for two projects that will be coordinated by the South Shore Community Service Association to help unemployed people in Nova Scotia find and maintain employment. “Canada’s New Government is committed to creating the best educated, most skilled and most flexible workforce in the world,” said Mr. Keddy. “We are proud to work with the South Shore Community Service Association to provide people in Lunenburg and Queens Counties with the opportunity for personal growth and skills development, and to help them obtain employment.” |
